Towards the Development of the State Housing Policy Strategy

The Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in partnership with international organizations, will host a high-level event to present and discuss the conceptual principles for Ukraine’s forthcoming State Housing Policy Strategy. The event will be opened by Mr. Oleksii Kuleba, Deputy Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine – Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, and will feature keynote remarks and discussions from national and international experts.

UNECE Executive Secretary Ms. Tatiana Molcean will speak during the panel titled "National context and international obligations. Transparency of housing policy", alongside representatives from the European Commission, the Verkhovna Rada, UN agencies, and other key partners.

The agenda includes four expert panels covering housing policy transparency, housing stock management, reconstruction planning, and mechanisms for delivering affordable housing, with the participation of senior officials, parliamentarians, and representatives of the international community.
