Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025

The Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2025), taking place in Rome on July 10–11, 2025, will focus on mobilizing international support for Ukraine’s recovery, reconstruction, and modernization. Rooted in the four key thematic dimensions: Business, Human, Local & Regional, and EU integration. URC 2025 aims to foster private-sector engagement, human capital development, decentralized rebuilding efforts, and progress toward Ukraine’s EU accession.

The UN4UkrainianCities project will actively take part in the URC 2025. As part of the event, the project will present key results from its first phase, including the concept design and feasibility study of the Science Neighborhood in Kharkiv. This innovative urban reconstruction initiative was developed by the Norman Foster Foundation, in collaboration with UNECE, the Kharkiv City Council, and ARUP.
